We are superhost with Airbnb ourselves and understand what it takes to be a great host but we rarely find it in others. Pinpar Real Estate are by far the best hosts we have yet to meet. They not only rescued us from a negative experience they went above and beyond. My spouse hurt her toe and had to go to the doctor, we had no idea what to do…. Giuseppe actually took us to the doctor and even translated and stayed with us. They offered us rides to anywhere we needed to go which avoided all the bartering with taxi’s. They also offer exclusions but done push them. These are very honest, caring people that treat you like family. Their place was magnificent and clean which made a big difference to us. They also provide maid service and towel refreshing. I just can’t say enough about these people. Don’t book with anyone else, you will be very happy with them. They also sell real estate but never even mentioned it until we asked. Considering everyone here tries to sell you something… this is a rare quality. We cannot thank them enough. If there were more than 5 stars they would get them.

Giuseppe são ótimos e foram além das nossas expectativas. Nos buscaram no outro hotel no qual estávamos, que era próximo, nos mostraram as redondezas do apartamento, forneceram o número do (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) deles para contacta-los e agendaram o nosso translado de volta ao aeroporto. Além disso, Giuseppe nos indicou uma agência e intermediou o passeio que fizemos a Isla Saona. Ele conseguiu até desconto! A localização é muito boa, o apartamento é próximo a praia, o local é seguro e existem supermercados e restaurantes nas proximidades. Tínhamos a intenção de alugar um carro mas, devido a ótima localização do apartamento, não foi necessário. O apartamento é novo e limpo, a cama é boa e o chuveiro também. O único problema que enfrentamos foi a água, que é um tanto salgada, mas esse não é um problema somente desse apartamento (vocês vão encontrar essa mesma reclamação em comentários de várias hospedagens de Bávaro). Contornamos isso, facilmente, utilizando água mineral.

Pinpar Real Estate was a great host, and the location of the apartment was perfect. The place is located in a smaller gated community with a private pool (nice!) and a five minute walk to the beach and to numerous grocery stores, bars and restaurants. The pictures reflect the cleanliness and space available. The pool, private balcony and the air conditioning in the bedroom were highlights of the flat. The place served as a perfect “home base” for exploring the neighborhood. Highly recommend – great value. Note – there is not an ATM within walking distance, but most of the stores and restaurants accepted cards.

We had a great time in Los Corales and would absolutely return. The hosts were very responsive, very friendly and helpful throughout. Prior to our arrival they were kind enough to stock the fridge with beverages at my request, and called me at the airport to make sure the driver understood the directions. The house is clean and spacious, and the neighbors in the adjoining villa were great. We tried to take it easy on the air conditioning as electricity is extra, but everything was in pretty good working order. The local area is generally very safe and walkable, but also a good alternative to the all-inclusive resorts if you would like a bit of a different vibe. One tip: you will want to bring a decent amount of cash (and should change to pesos). Los Corales itself does not have ATMs. It’s a very short cab ride or 20 minute walk to the mall, but even the ATMs there can be hit and miss.

I met with Giuseppe after a little complications with navigation to hotel. He showed me the apartment and surroundings of that. The apartment is situated in better part of Bavaro, near to beach and centre. There is a lot of supermarkets, restaurants, fruit shops, souvenir shops, etc.. The apartment has nice garden with pool, everything was like on photos. The interior of the apartment was new, quite clean. In the bathroom was missing toiletries, but after contacting of Giuseppe it was promptly solved. I had a problem with WiFi connection. It didn’t respond on requests and still turned off after small inactivity. Except of this, I haven’t any problem with host. Everything worked fine and it corresponded with photos and description. Giuseppe was helpful with all my requests for advice. Staying in the apartment was very pleasant for me. Thanks.

We had an amazing stay! The place is exactly like the pictures. We stayed 3 night and felt like home, bavaro beach is 5 minutes walking distance. Giuseppe is the best host, very welcoming, available and helpful. We will definitely come back!

Can’t say enough about this place. From top to bottom was the best place I’ve stayed. Right by the beach and restaurants and plenty of room inside. The pool was great as well. The hosts met us upon arrival and gave a walk through of everything. They answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Gorgeous place. Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops.. Spacious rooms with all the amenities. Hosts were very nice and were available whenever we needed them. They were there whenever we needed them. We had a great experience and will definitely stay at this place again.

Giuseppe, the property manager, was awesome. He welcomed my family at the gate, gave us a tour of the place and the beach, gave us excellent food and entertainment recommendations, and was very responsive to our needs. The property is gorgeous. Everything is made of marble. All the bedrooms are a good size with their own bathrooms AND balconies! The best part is the pool and patio out back. My family and I spent hours in the evening playing cards and taking dips. One item to remember is that electricity is not included and quite pricey in the area. Run your AC sparingly if you want to save some money at the end of your trip.

My second time staying in the Villa, and it was just as great as the first time. They made some improvements that we all really liked. The beach is right there for you and it’s close to all the shops. The villa has all the amenities you need and it’s own pool. The hosts welcomed us and gave us everything we needed for a great time. I will continue to comeback to this place and recommend it to everyone.
