• The booking is confirmed by Pinpar Real Estate only upon receipt of payment of the deposit.
• The amount of the deposit and ‘equal to 30% of the amount of the stay.
• The 30% deposit will be taken in the event of cancellation reserves.
• The customers is responsible for payment of any object broken because of them.
• The customer is responsible for the electricity payment. (It is calculated according to use)
• When your booking will be confirmed you will receive a confirmation email.
